Marriage Counselling

Our psychologists work with you and your partner to better understand your relationship and help foster intimacy and good communication. Counselling aims to encourage individuals to rediscover their partner and understand the changes in the relationship.

Our counselling program consists of both individual and couple consultations where sensitive issues may be raised in a non-judgmental environment. As our therapists are registered psychologists all information is treated with strict for confidentiality following the guidelines outlines by The Psychologists Code of Ethics.

Marriage counselling is addressed with positivity and a renewed sense of optimism. Our psychologists will work with you to identify what both individuals want and set realistic goals in a positive and supportive atmosphere. Together you are guided to develop as a couple, once again appreciating one another and meeting future challenges together.

Counselling for Separating/Divorcing Couples

Many individuals approach couple counselling when separating. Counselling may help both parties determine how to do this with harmony and mutual respect for one another.

Counselling can also help people who are separating deal with their grief and anger. This can enable each individual to find an inner peace to let go and move on with renewed optimism and strength.

It is not just for relationships in crisis.

Couple counselling can assist in building a loving and lasting partnership.
